Service Description

Our plans are tailored per client and reasonable affordability can be discussed as we believe healthy food should not be a privilege. All meal plans and protocols include: food lists, recipes, a detailed information sheet highlighting the areas of work needed and naturopathic rituals to support full holistic healing. A discussion to asses the work needed must be done before hand to ensure all health, medical issues and medication is taken into account. The cost of this is £30 and allows me to prepare a detailed plan in advance prior to meeting you.
